Dr. Palmer has been practicing as a licensed psychologist since 2003. She earned her doctorate from the University of South Carolina in School Psychology and completed her Pre-Doctoral Internship and Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.

Dr. Palmer has lived and worked in Asheville, NC since 2008 and has been in private practice since 2013. She works as a child psychologist with children and teenagers from 3 years to 18 years of age.
